At Rahifab, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order under the
following conditions:
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Free Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for free if not yet dispatched
- Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number
- Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
Cancellation After Dispatch
Order Already Shipped
Once dispatched, please follow our return process
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may:
- Refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us
- Accept delivery and initiate a return within 7 days
- Note: Return shipping charges may apply
