Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- Item is not damaged or altered by the customer
- Receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimates and innerwear
- Customized or altered products
- Items purchased on sale or with discount codes (final sale)
- Products showing signs of use or damage
How to Initiate a Return

Approval: We will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24-48 hours.

Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to our address.

Receive Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds are credited via bank transfer or UPI
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.
To exchange an item, follow the same process as returns and specify the replacement item you need.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
